Custom Product Printing

For the best print results, it’s important to provide high-quality artwork. Here’s what you need to know:

• Resolution Matters: Artwork should be 300 dpi/ppi (pixels or dots per inch) for the best quality. Lower resolutions may reduce print quality, while higher resolutions won’t improve it and could cause issues.
• Preferred File Types: We recommend Vector files like .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg for the best print results.
• Raster Files: Files like .jpg, .png, or .psd can also be used, but they’ll need to be converted to Vector format. We offer this service and aim to keep conversion costs low.

Note: Files should be under 8MB and not created in programs like Word or PowerPoint, as these require extra preparation and may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to decline artwork that is offensive or discriminatory.

Design and Touch-Up Fees

If we determine that the adjustments required go beyond the scope of basic touch-ups and fall into the realm of actual design work, we will evaluate the request and decide whether to proceed or reject the job. Should we choose to continue, a $30 design fee will apply. Please note that this is at the customer’s own risk, as we are not professional logo or image designers.

Sometimes, the images or logos we receive may need a bit of extra care to make them print-ready. If we identify that your file requires adjustments, we’ll reach out to you with details and next steps. Here’s how the process works:

1. Assessment: Once we receive your file, we’ll review it for compatibility with our printing machines.
2. Notification: If touch-ups are needed, we’ll contact you to explain what’s required.
3. Design Fee: A $10 design fee will be added to your order for basic adjustments or alterations.
4. Timeline: Please note that this extra step may delay your order’s completion time, as the adjustments require additional work.

What You’ll Need:

1. Order Confirmation: Submit and confirm your order by 11:00 AM with artwork that’s ready to go (no logo or image issues).
2. In-Stock Items Only: Choose from our in-stock range to ensure we have your items ready to print.
3. Pick-Up Orders: This service is available for pick-up only, perfect for those who need their items quickly.
4. Rush Fee: For just $10, we’ll prioritize your order and work through the night to make it happen!

How to Use Our Overnight Service:

1. Pick Your Product: Choose a tee or garment from our in-stock range.
2. Submit Your Request: Fill out the “Printing Enquiry” form at the bottom of our website and mention you’d like our overnight service.
3. Upload Your Artwork: Attach your ready-to-print design with your enquiry.
4. Wait for Confirmation: We’ll review your details and confirm that your order qualifies for our super-speedy rush service.
5. Pick-Up Time: Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to confirm that it’s ready for pick-up.

Shipping Terms

UE Printing & Products is happy to post or courier orders to your home or workplace. The costs associated with postage and handling is charged to the customer with a minimum charge of $15.00.

Due to the fact that couriers will not deliver to post office boxes we ask that you provide a street address for delivery.

UE Printing & Products uses a combination of courier services to deliver customers’ orders. A tracking number will be provided on request.

Please note that if the courier services have to return orders to UE Printing & Products due to the customer being away from the delivery address and not taking receipt of the order, the customer will be charged any additional costs incurred. UE Printing & Products reserves the right to adjust the final invoice to include freight expense and any additional costs.

Returns Policy

UE Printing & Products is happy to replace faulty goods if returned within 7 working days.

UE Printing & Products will not replace, refund or exchange any goods which have been incorrectly ordered by the customer. This includes all relevant specifications such as size, colour, quantity etc, so please order carefully.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check goods prior to branding by UE Printing & Products for style, colour, size and quantity received. UE Printing & Products will not accept claims for goods once they are branded.

Re-stocking fees apply to returned goods unless incorrectly supplied by UE Printing & Products. The customer will be responsible for all ‘Return to Supplier’ costs including freight and a re-stocking fee.

UE Printing & Produccts has a ‘Pay on or before Pick up’ policy unless otherwise agreed.

UE Printing & Produccts accepts the following payment types:

• Cash
• Direct Deposit or EFT (a copy of the remittance advice will need to be provided prior to or on pick of order)
• EFTPOS
• Visa
• MasterCard

UE Printing & Products does not accept American Express.

UE Printing & Products will only accept cheque with prior approval.

All orders over $500 require a 30% deposit to be paid on placement of order unless otherwise agreed.

Fees

A re-stocking fee may apply for sample stock, this varies for each manufacturer.

A custom made sample/pre-production sample attracts an upfront charge, this varies for each manufacturer.

Please note that if the terms of the invoice are not adhered to UE Printing & Products reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee payment on a monthly basis.
